Now that some restricitions are/have been removed, our services have returned to more (but not completely) "normal" operations. We have modified our previous COVID protocols:
We no longer require that properties are vaccant during onsite service. Others (owners, residents, buyers) may also now attend, with physical distancing requirements being observed. For the comfort of others, we are equipped with masks and disinfecting materials if required. We hope that this will minimize disruption. More than one Safe Well staff member can also now be on site at the same time.
Staff at our Lab services provider have also returned to regular manning levels. And our courier service (Ace) has been fantastic throughout this difficult period, and have not failed to deliver on time.
Although things are slightly more relaxed, we will still be very diligent about contact and sanitation issues. We'll continue to revisit these protocols as time goes along, and make changes as reasonable or necessary. Again, thank you all for your continued understanding. And of course, if you have any questions, please call. Stay safe, and stay healthy!
Regards, Sandy and Trevor
Your family relies on a safe supply of water. Impurities such as minerals, dissolved solids, heavy metals or nitrates in water can cause an unusual taste or odor. Contaminants, such as arsenic, uranium and manganese in water, can even affect the health of your loved ones. These can be tasteless / odorless / invisible to the human eye. Only routine testing can identify what is really in your water.
Our job is to test your water to ensure that it meets or exceeds the Guidelines for Canadian Drinking Water Quality.
